I'm telling you the truth...(Don't miss reading this.)

There's no doubt in anyone's mind that Jordan was great on the court, and practically unstoppable. However, Jordan knew one thing in the ultimate "Game of Life" was that...He couldn't win the game by himself.

So, what did he do? He "formed a team, [to] forge a win" and went on to become one of the Greatest of All-Time (GOAT), without question.

HOW CAN YOU WIN IN THE GAME OF LIFE?

  1. Form your team of (5-7) persons who wants to win.

  2. Decide what you all want to do collectively.

  3. Jot it down on a piece of paper as a simple draft and task.

  4. Schedule your ZOOM meeting for discussion and planning.

If you want to send me an invitation to the ZOOM meeting you can. The thing is, you have to get the ball off the floor and into the air, if you want to score and win in the game of life.

Like Jordan...that's how your form your team, [to] forge your win.

I Believe You Can...!

I'm telling you the truth...

Many people work sometime, half-time or all-the-time to make things happen on a daily basis. Guess what? They eventually burn themselves out during the course of the day.

Don't let this happen to you.

When you learn, study and know your soft-skills, then, you'll know how to work at your best, using "prime time."

Prime Time, is when you sense and know that you're at your best, perhaps, it's early in the morning, the afternoon or evening hours. Whatever it is, you know you're giving the best from a rejuvenating skills-set.

As illustrated below, Samara has her decaf coffee, notebook, laptop and a pencil to update some notes as she views several emails.

Folks, whatever you do find and work from your "prime time" and everything else will fall-in-place for you.

You Go Samara..!

This is really true; I don't ever want to find myself in a place where I am facing a burn out. I think that time management would help me avoid this, having a planned out work schedule.

I'm telling you the truth...(Should I Read?)

REACTIVE: Many people fall-short because of a Lack of Commitment. This is a vibration that resides in the mindset.

DON'T let this happen to you.

PROACTIVE:

Step #1. Wake-up in the morning and write down 3 to 5 job titles that you can perform above the average level. For example:

  1. Project Manager
  2. General Manager
  3. Program Manager
  4. Operations Manager
  5. Configuration Manager

Then, consider following-me for the next block of instructions. Because they don't teach this in school.

Writing goals down seems to make them more real. Your brain has to think about them as you write and then read your message to yourself. This is weird but it sure does work.Ford

I'm telling you the truth...(Read before bedtime.)

So many people fall-short in receiving job notifications and opportunities, which seems like a loose connection in life.

Don't let this happen to you.

Listen, this is what really happens over the years...

  • We allowed the comments of others to blur our screen of faith.
  • We allowed others to decide, while we sit-back and seemingly hide.
  • We unconsciously allow others to pull the plug on our dreams.
  • We allow others to limit our access, then we say, can you hear me now? Right?
  • We lose responsibility which diminishes our accountability to ourselves.

CALL TO ACTION: As illustrated below, you have to reactivate the old generator in you, and plug-in that new attitude in you.

Then, no matter where you are, recruiters and HR representatives will contact you like a touch-tone phone.

You have to plug-into that new attitude, then, at least 20-35 job notifications should come your way daily. Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.

Customizing your resume doesn't mean rewriting it every time you apply for a new job. List all of your experience, skills, and qualifications on a template, then remove irrelevant ones for each new job. You have to customize your resume to the job opening. Targeting your resume to the job shows the hiring manager you're familiarized yourself with the job description and know how to prioritize the most relevant information.

Your experience doesn't change. However, the way you present your experience to a company looking for a detail-oriented candidates versus a company that values communication skill will differ.

Don't add every life experience to your resume! If the job posting doesn't mention certification, then they don't need you to include it on your resume. Use a chronological resume, HR departments love chronological resumes because they:

  • show career progression -can be used by job seekers of all skill levels and industries -are so commonly used that they're easy to understand

Remember that your work experience is your greatest selling point and to choose a font that is easy to read! I hope these tips helped :) #Resumes #Advice #Wordsofadvice #Jobsearch

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read w/o Fail.)

It was one said that..."When you are working for a company or customer give them your darn best, and then some, plus ONE."

No matter what your Job Title is; Your Salary is; the Requirements are; Give that company your darn best... and your life will never be the same in years to come. That's the Secret.

Please DON'T fall-short in these additional areas:

  1. Attitude - Have a good attitude when you come to work. (Leave personal matters at-home or on the TV screen.)

  2. Smile - Have a smile of success in the workplace. (Smiles creates additional smiles from others.)

  3. Discipline - Allow discipline to guide you on multiple tasks. (Complete one action at a time.)

  4. Seriousness - Be sincere with what you delivery. (Your work represents the company's name.)

  5. Diligence - Don't work for the paycheck, work for the passion. (The checks will eventually track you down.) (See illustration)

"Success will appear in many different "blind formats" in your life, however, you have to put in the visible works beforehand." ~ Edward Alexander
