I walked away, I’m a grown woman and I don’t deal with nonsense from the staff. However if there’s a complaint from a customer I am mediately tried to fix that and if I can’t I will get a manager to take care of it

Sundays were always the worst because I would’ve rather been in church than marking

We had a few extra apts to clean & was running low on supplies & I used my own $$ to go but them at Walgreen's even tho it was more expensive just to save on time to get the job done!!

I loved supervising and helping my guys learn took a lot of pride in job and myself spent 40 years in trucking industry

Ironically, the biggest mistake was made during an attempt to fix a mistake by another associate. On the top level of the shelving in the warehouse in the upholstery aisle was a large couch hanging over into the aisle. Quite obviously a hazard. In an attempt to fix it, another sofa was sent flying down onto the floor of the warehouse (more than 20 feet up) and caused irreparable damage to said item.
