What made me stay at #Labcorp Corporation of America was

The position that I worked with no weekends. The salary was awesome. Now that I'm working again for the same company, which took over from Quest Diagnostics. They honored my years as a Quest for employee, but I've noticed that I've been working with LabCorp Corporation for 2 years now, which tells me that this company didn't honor my years with Quest Diagnostics, my time with this company started over from 03/2020 the day LabCorp Corporation took over the lab.

Your experience will depend on what role you have in the company and whether or not you are an actual employee or contracted. I would read reviews from other job sites. I am a contracted Registration Coordinator that works through a shift board. I am rarely sent assignments and when I am, it's like a cat and mouse game to try and sign up for the shift that was emailed to who knows how many others. Travel is required without pay being paid mileage. Some people do well with acquiring jobs and perks, and others don't. The hours are not consistent enough to be called a part-time job; just a fill-in. Most Phlebotomists work for other companies in order to have consistent pay. I can not speak for other positions, but again, it would be wise to read the reviews. I hope this helped.

I been out of work for 5 months very stressed. I put my two weeks in cause I got offered a job at labcorp and two days before I was supposed to start someone from hr called and said they can't start me for a couple of weeks mean while it's been 5 months and everytime I call they say they will check in to it they will call me back but never do. What do I do? It's a shame cause it took me a while to leave my old job work there for 6 years

It was a good place to work. When there was overtime. They gave you all that you could handle.

At the moment that LabCorp call me for an interview, I felt very proud that a Company so big call me. On my five years working with LabCorp I felt at home, I like that they give me inputs on my mistakes, but most of the time congratulated me when I did a good job. I will enjoy to come back again.
