We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to serve as liaison between customers and internal departments for our high-tech, growing company, located near Nashua, NH.

Responsible for providing customer support for equipment returns for repair. Issuing new Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers, confirming and maintaining accurate customer information and details in the database, communicating clear directions to the customers for returning products for repair and ensuring returns are processed in-house and returned properly to the customers.

Must have outstanding customer service, communication, organization, multi-tasking and order entry/computer (MS Office) skills. Must have basic understanding of manufacturing, quality assurance concepts and planning.

Associates degree is preferred with a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service environment.

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative Interior Designer for our multi-disciplinary design firm client, located near Philadelphia.

Responsible for managing and executing interior design services as part of a larger project team and as stand-alone projects including furniture, fixture and equipment services. Assist with construction detailing and managing vendor materials and resources. Development of presentation materials and interfacing with clients.

Must be proficient in CAD and BIM software with outstanding design, communication and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to work with and coordinate engineering consultant services.

Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture and a minimum of five years of diverse commercial, education, multifamily or hospitality interior design experience is required. NCIDQ certification is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced, analytical Staff Accountant for our fast-paced client, located near Concord, NH. Either part-time or full-time.

Responsible for supporting the Controller; general ledger and job costing postings; all aspects of accounts receivable including AIA billing; oversight of the month-end closing; prevailing wage calculations, reporting and certified payroll and back up for payroll.

Must have advanced experience in Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Macros; MS Office and accounting software. Construction accounting software knowledge is a plus.

We are seeking a Metrology Calibration Technician for our electronics test equipment client, located near Nashua, NH.

Responsible for calibration, troubleshooting and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment, in the environmentally controlled laboratory and at customer sites. Responsible for efficient and accurate data collection and data entry of calibration results and tests. May also assist with development of new methods and formulas to solve measurement and calibration problems.

Must have knowledge of ISO 9000 and 17025 standards and requirements. Must have outstanding communication, organization, customer service, multi-tasking, time management and MS Office skills. Must work well independently and as part of a team.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Math or Science and a minimum of three years of experience in calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Additional training and/or certifications in metrology, precision measurement equipment, calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment is a strong plus.

We are seeking career-oriented Tax Accountants for our growing, fast-paced CPA firm client located in the beautiful NH Lakes Region near Laconia, NH. Junior accountants on track for a career in public tax accounting or Enrolled Agents or experienced CPA’s looking for a start or the next step in their career.

The Company is willing to train, mentor and provide professional guidance to help grow your career in public accounting, as needed.

At a minimum, responsibilities include: preparing tax returns for individual, corporate, partnership and trusts for a variety of client types and sizes. Additional skills and experience including the ability to train and mentor junior staff is a plus.

Must have solid communication, analytical, time management, multi-tasking and computer (MS Office, bookkeeping and tax accounting software) skills. Responsible for design and documentation for assembly, test and manufacturability of assigned products using 2D and 3D modeling software. Improve production processes, develop and maintain design and prototype schedules and conduct design review meetings while maintaining quality, continuous improvement and cost reductions. Serve as interface with engineering, production, sales and marketing.

Must have experience with manufacturing techniques and procedures; aptitude in electronic production processes and the ability to work on a variety of tasks as needed. Must have strong SolidWorks, communication, organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with and ability to use CNC, hand and machine tools is required. Able to design for, and operate, 3D printers. Knowledge of lean manufacturing is a plus.
