I was at job for almost 2 months, and had to quit to get the harassment and bullying to stop. Even after bringing it to my boss’s attention 3 times, he’s also HR because it’s a franchise. I had to endure being called names, cussed at, put down, threatened with physical harm if I went to my boss, I was too old an slow, and other things to graphic to say on here. What I don’t understand is why no attorney wants to help me or even give me advice on what to do. I feel like I was fored to quit because my boss didn’t even try to help me. What would you do if you were in my situation? #harassment, #bullying #advice

Tell them you're going to call a news station and turn them all in. Then see what the boss does then You have rights don't think you dont. Go to the HR office and tell them that.

So, I worked at Walmart for a short duration. I came from a company who does very well with order and communication. Although no cross-training and a personal issue with the supervisor, I had to leave, sitting in one spot for 8 hours a day, I did the same thing everyday for almost 2 years. It literally drove me crazy not to move around and do something different. So, I'm hired on at Walmart, no training, no pamphlet, not in the system. Just started working in the loading area, cab 2. That's fine for me, exercise and change is a must. I had such a difficult time adjusting to all the mess, the chaos on the shelves and getting mixed information within the company. Not a single person knew what the other person knew, all management. This kind of mess definitely drove my anxiety through the roof, I had no idea what was going on the entire time I worked there, just more anxiety ridden surprises. I'm not used to not being aware of whats going on. I like to be thorough about directives. I like to know what to expect, to be mentally prepared for the day, well no chance in hell. For the record, not all managers are bad, some are actually doing what they can while the rest know what they can do to get away with doing bare minimum. The store lead failed to notify me when I had changed my schedule from 2nd shift to 3rd shift. Long story short, teenagers don't like to work, the shift lead shrugged his shoulders whenever one or two of the teens went home or simply disappeared without notifying the rest of the team. It didn't matter how hard I worked, how much I tried to bargain with the kids. I had enough of pulling the weight of people who couldn't be bothered to put in real effort. So, the GM, and I quote "We don't do that here." Communicate is what he meant. Nothing. Not a peep from HR, which is strange, in a business you want to keep people in the loop, at least that's what I would do from having previous experience, not here though. That's too much work. I start working 3rd shift, the night shift leads convince me they are desperate for help, only I get a mouth full because I'm not doing it "right" and to make matters worse, catch one of the leads sleeping in the office. That doesn't make sense to me. Runs her mouth all night, doesn't lift a finger to help, then has the audacity to go take a nap because she's tired and has a sore tooth. You do what the rest of us do, take a pain pill and guzzle down an energy drink. I'm doing my best to keep this PG. It's a joke, the entire time I worked there I had tried to think of ways to get people to work as a team, put a fire under their butts. Nothing worked. Nothing matters as long as they can keep working, they will get you fired.

I'm DONE BEING HARASSED BY MANAGEMENT. They will work you 13 to 14 hours a night if they succeed at guilt tripping you, then expect you to do it all over again the next night. Most of the time, people are on their phones, I was not one of those people and still got my ass chewed out. I'm done talking about it. #harassment #walmart

Let me start off by saying that I love the company I worked for. It was in elder care. I got a job working under someone in the kitchen. I should not have tried for the job since my soon to be boss was already hitting on me during the first interview. I figured it was nothing and I let it go. He called me back in and said I needed to do a couple more things and was again hitting on me. When I was to return to meet him with the remaining requirements for the job I took my husband with me. This made my boss angry with me and he began treating me bad. This was all before I was hired. When I got the job he gave me a few shirts of the company that I was to wear while working. He said he personally was going to buy a certain pair of shoes then proceeded to give me HIS apron. I thought nothing of it since I was new. I simply thought I was borrowing it until I got my plastic ones as he said I would. Throughout my shift he would call me babe and momma and continuously touch me. This made me very uncomfortable. I was asked by coworkers if him and I were together or not which I replied no and that I am married. At the end of my shift he told me to keep his apron and everyone was shocked. The second day was somewhat normal but then he began calling me babe and momma and touching me every chance he got. This time I was a bit slow in my work as I was in pain but I was pushing through it. At the end of the shift he put his arms around me and kissed me. I turned and he got my cheek instead of my mouth. He said the following week I would be with him and come in and leave with him so I can do everything the way he said to. Keep in mind this was day two. I still hadn’t been trained. My third day there everything I did upset him because I wasn’t yes sir no sir like I had been. I was very I’ll and even threw up. When I came out of the bathroom he was talking about me to a couple of my coworkers saying that I am only helping out and I’m not employed nor trained. That I wouldn’t be there for long. I didn’t leave. Still not feeling well I had swelled up pretty bad when I went on my lunch break. My sugar was low and I couldn’t walk. I put my feet up and I rested and thought about leaving as one of my coworkers told me I should rest. That I didn’t look well. Before my break was over my boss came in to check on me. I told him I was sick. He said well that sucks but our day just started and there’s a lot to do so let’s go. I moved about two feet a minute because I was swollen and in pain. He knew this. When I went in the kitchen after break I caught him yet again talking about me to another staff member. This upset me so much that I was about to walk out. I stayed for my coworkers who would be stuck with extra work and I know what that is like. It was hard to move around but I did everything he asked with the yes sir right away sir. Throughout my shift he proceeded to scream at me for everything. He sent me to do many tasks and got angry that the dishes had piled up. If I stayed on dishes instead of running his errands they would have been done. Ok, so I cried and went back to work. I cleaned the area extremely well and went to the dining room to help set up for the next day. He was so angry I was not by him that he screamed at me to get in fn kitchen. Wtf was I doing in the dining room. My coworker told me I should leave. She asked if he was an abusive boyfriend or ex to me. I let her know that I had only met him during my interview and I broke down and told her how he was treating me. She told me he had done the same to her. We both have ptsd and can’t function when someone is being abusive to us. She mentioned that I need to get away from him as soon as possible and not come back. She mentioned he had done this to others as well and 4 or 5 people left because of his behavior. Once he cursed at me I couldn’t function at all. I was terrified of him. I was shaking badly. After he left for the night I had an hour longer to reflect on everything and realized that for the same pay I could get a job where I wasn’t treated this way. I finished out my shift and did not go back. Also the company had an outbreak of Covid cases and no one let me know until I was already around them. Had I known this I would have never taken the job. Sometimes your health and well-being matters more. You’ll find a job where even if your boss is hard on you they don’t grope, scream, or curse at you. After my shift on the last day I went to my husbands friends house as we were hanging out. I told him everything that was happening and he helped me come to the decision of loving myself enough not to take abuse from someone even if I love my job. Turns out he is also an attorney so wrote the company on my behalf to let them know what was going on and that it needed to be dealt with properly and promptly and that I would no longer be returning. Be careful who you work for seriously. The company is wonderful and have amazing reviews but this person will surely bring them down. #harassment #selflove #becareful #nightmare

I was sexually assaulted and the owner did nothing about it and he hit me and choked me out. It was all caught on camera but nothing was done about it and they never kept us separated and i argued with them about it and then they fired me. #termination #harassment #mcdonald #stressful

If you have a manager (or another colleague) who is bullying you repeatedly or who acts very unprofessionally to you over and over again, you HAVE to take steps to bring it to an end.

No one deserves to have this type of stress in their life. I’ve seen (and experienced) how this behavior can negatively impact people’s health.

The first thing you have to do is clearly document the behavior.

Second, practice what you are going to say to whomever is bullying or mistreating you at work in a calm but firm tone.

And third, sit down in a private 1:1 meeting, lay out the issue(s), and TELL them their mistreatment of you stops right now.

Often, this is all that will be necessary because bullies, underneath all the false bravado, are just cowards who likely know what they are doing is wrong, but just keep doing it because they feel they can get away with it with you.

This is not your fault, but you must take steps to stop it.

If that doesn’t work, you escalate accordingly. Either through HR or, if that’s not enough, an appropriate employment lawyer.

Bottom line: No one deserves to be bullied or mistreated in the workplace and the only one who can REALLY make sure it comes to an end is you.

Then your time sheet should show that you are not late. Get a lawyer and sue her ass for harrassment and if possible discrimination.

I was working for this company but I was going through a temp service. They was talking about hiring me cause they liked my work. Well my supervisor ended up going on vacation for over a week and a half. During this time the line leader took over and decided that while the supervisor was gone he would try and touch me. He was told by myself not to grope on me. He didn't care so kept trying everyday while supervisor was gone. So when I turned him in He got to keep his job and I got let go. No investigation.

They would decommission me all the time if someone signed up for a personal training package and then decided 4 months later they didn’t want to do it anymore and they would switch cards and every month they started taking 400-500 out of my paycheck. That’s not my fault my fault was to get people to sign up it was fair. They were stealing money from me. I also asked for insurance for months and the GM said he would take care of it. I landed in the hospital due to a rib injury that ended up costing $8,000 because “he dropped the ball and forgot about it.” In addition I’ve seen personal trainer choke a client and call them the N word as well as weed fall right out of their pocket and our GM Greg Custard just would say “don’t do it again.” Greg Custard and Jamie Lamb are people who will steal your money. The assistant fitness manager there right now is making $250 every two weeks. That’s 3 dollars an hour which is illegal. They are very corrupt and will hide things to the biggest extent. A lot of bullying and a lot of complaints. They do not treat their employees right at all. They don’t care about the people in the gym or who train they care about numbers and money. Jamie Lamb (the regional manger) has also said some sexual remarks to me about other girls. Very unprofessional. Don’t ever work there I finally left and quit. And of course they won’t let me step in the building even though I peacefully quit. The last person who tried to put their two week notice in they fired him in the spot so they wouldn’t have to pay him. Then threatened to take him to court if he tried to do the same.

I worked for 20 years at the school. I was bullied and harassed and she was always Nick picking. I had to resign because I wasn’t taking it no more. I lost my early retirement because I was stressing out and started having panic attacks I told Human Resources but they didn’t care. She still works at the School.Karma will get her soon.God in control.
