Friendship is a valuable relationship that can benefit our physical, social, and mental wellbeing. A valued friend will not be critical or cynical of who you are and what you do. Their interest will be to uplift and motivate you and share in love what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. #treasure #friends #love

I'm telling you the truth... (MUST READ)

As a child I heard it said over 1,000 times, "you eventually become what you eat." If you eat "junk food" your stomach becomes a trash can. If you eat "healthy foods" your stomach becomes a haven for a prosperous lifestyle.

Today, we are motivated by a culture of eating on the run and having fun through (fast foods). However, as illustrated below the secret to living longer is determined by eating healthier. How so my friend? When you look in the faces of your children and grandchildren in years to come, you'll know why.

Blessings come from your choices in life. (3 John 2)

I Believe You Can...!

It can be frustrating working in confined spaces with time constraints and everything around is either hot or sharp. I work with great people and we air our frustrations and disagreements like adults, with words and a real effort to understand where each other are coming from. #work #friends #longdays #reasonablearguements

I have this friend. No this is not me really referencing myself. LOL. Anyways, so she works in groceries stores. She always ask what kind of job I have. By the way I am temp. So I get these jobs that are great and so is the pay. I tell her she should apply through the agency, but she always puts herself down and says she is not smart enough. I always tell her she is. I believe she can be in high pay jobs. She just won't allow herself to exceed better and take the risk from where she is. I am not asking for advice. Just wanted to vent, but I am still smiling.=)

Everybody loves a winner, it has been said, but nobody knows you when you’re down and out. One of the often unappreciated benefits of adversity is that it accelerates the process of identifying your true friends.

You never know who your real friends are until adversity overtakes you and you need cooperation.

YOUR THE BEST THANK YOU, FOR BEING THERE!!!! #ITSAFAMILYAFFARE #FRIENDS #ONELOVE

My friend and I both went and applied for the same job. Well come to find out she LIED on her resume! She gave herself all this experience on the resume she has never had, and the job didn’t bother to check. I know because she showed me her resume right before and she thought it was funny. I obviously didn’t. When the job told me I wasn't hired and that they were moving forward with a more "qualified applicant" I wanted to scream because I actually have more experience than her!!! Ugh, I am so frustrated!! What should I do? Is it better to have more experience even if it's fake?!
