This is a critical step during the hiring process that is easily overlooked. Although they may not make the final hiring decision, they will surface you to the right people who will. Recruiters are pretty busy people, and occasionally, their response times to emails or phone calls are slow or in some cases non-existent.

Love that template! That template can also be used to introduce yourself during an interview or when speaking with a recruiter.

Can the #chijobfair22 be attended virtually? I'm in Tennessee and willing to relocate, but it would be very difficult for me to be in Chicago on the date of the job fair but I am able to relocate in August 2022. #chijobfair22 #jobsearch

Hey RS. was there was a nice set up. One of the best I have been to. Nice and big . Enough room to move throughout. People seem to really care. Compared to some of other job fairs. Good luck to all who attended.

Yes, it really does! Here are 3 ways your Jobcase profile can help you stand out with employers at a job fair:

  1. Put a face with the name! A profile photo gives you an opportunity to be MEMORABLE to your next employer
  2. Your profile allows you to make the PRAISE you've received in the community visible to employers
  3. A FREE RESUME is a click away once you've completed your profile

Update your profile today - and see you at the Chicago City Wide Job Fair on 6/29!

I’ve been job searching for a while and my friend told me about this job fair. I signed up but didn’t really know what to expect at the job fair. Seems exciting and a lot going on. How exactly should I plan my day?
