I was asked back for a second interview to meet co-workers. I thought this seemed more casual, but it wasn't. I think I misread the situation. What advise can I get for second interview with multiple co-workers across the table.

A shirt and tie at a minimum, I would recommend a suit.

To an interview at ST Peters mission school, you should wear a very decent dress , to advertise your professionalism as a teacher. The dressing should be modest both in mind and to the panel, it must be official, not to impress per sey. An A-shape dress covering chest and to knee length with black jacket and black flat pair of shoes will fit for the interview.

I wore black slacks and a classy blouse that looked professional and stylish. TLC was a salon so we had freedom to wear what we wanted as long as we looked professional.
