There was an hour left on the shift and I was caught up on all my duties but my coworker was far behind instead of ending my shift I stayed behind to help the coworker catch up on work at apple

My Linkedin profile does not really reflect how much experience I have with Mac OS X, iOS and Apple hardware and software.
Apple announced online that it is looking for full-time employees to work as AppleCare At-Home Advisers and managers, who are customer service providers that help in technical support of Apple products, including the iPhones, iPads and MacBooks.
For the role, you'll be working from home, but they make it very clear that it is a professional role that will require training and discipline. Along with the company discount, other perks include paid time away and career growth.
Current positions include At-Home advisors, Team Managers, and Area Managers.
