Working in the big kids classroom was very stressful. Having to keep them busy was hard, the kids now days at home are on their games a lot & don't understand why they can't be on them at school too. I had to be creative in order to keep them busy. Each age has different issues & you just have to learn to. E creative. I try & do a good job.

The last time a parent or. O-worker got mad at me,I tried to talk to them . I listened and took turns to try to understand why they were mad at me. For me usually I miss understand them since I am hard of hearing.
